Finder's Fee: This fee amounts to 50% of the first month's rent for successfully placing a new tenant.
Monthly Management Fee: This flat rate fee of $175 per month is applicable only when the property is occupied and rent is being paid.
Our comprehensive management services encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including tenant procurement, background checks, property showings, lease preparation and execution, rent collection, property maintenance, inspections, tenant relations, and move-out services. Owners benefit from a secure online portal, granting 24/7 access to financial statements and 1099 forms.
With experience in both active and passive property remodels, we offer landlords flexibility and options. Whether it's renovating a single room or undertaking complete interior and exterior remodels, our experienced team handles every aspect. Additional general contracting fees may apply depending on the extent of the remodel and owner involvement. We collaborate closely with owners, discussing budgets, project requirements, and obtaining approval before commencing any work.
